Plain Stitch Hem
Stockinette knit hem, with limited elasticity and a linear shape.
Ribbed Hem
The most frequently used hem, characterized by its elasticity and sturdiness.
Garter Stitch Hem
A soft hem which is less sturdy but maintains its shape.
Straight Hem
One of the most resistant hems, ideal especially for thin knitwear.
Raw Hem
Soft and linear, characterized by its curled edge.
Milano Stitch Hem
A flat hem which is linear and very resistant.
Fringe Hem
A raw hem, completed with hand-tied fringes.
Seed Stitch Hem
Similar in its characteristics to the garter stitch hem.
Blanket Stitch Hem
An artisanal hem, sewn by hand.
