STRICKEN<\/h3>\n

\n Die erste Stufe im Produktionszyklus ist das Stricken<\/strong>, ein Prozess, bei dem Garn in Stoffst\u00fccke umgewandelt wird.\n F\u00fcr jeden Teil des Kleidungsst\u00fccks werden Eins\u00e4tze hergestellt: Im Falle eines Pullovers sind dies Vorderteil, R\u00fcckenteil und \u00c4rmel. \nNach diesem Schritt wird jedes St\u00fcck anhand eines Leuchttisches gepr\u00fcft. \nWenn Fehler oder Anomalien gefunden werden, werden diese umgehend korrigiert, bevor es zur n\u00e4chsten Produktionsphase \u00fcbergeht. \n<\/p>\n

VERKN\u00dcPFEN<\/h3>\n

\nIn diesem Schritt werden die zuvor gestrickten Teile zum fertigen Kleidungsst\u00fcck miteinander verkn\u00fcpft<\/strong>. Dies ist ein Prozessschritt, der von Hand ausgef\u00fchrt wird und eine hohe Konzentration \nund viel Erfahrung erfordert.\n<\/p>\n

WALKEN\/WASCHEN <\/h3>\n

\n Wenn ein Kaschmir-Kleidungsst\u00fcck gestrickt und miteinander verbunden wird, ist es noch nicht sehr weich. Um die flauschige und f\u00fcr Kaschmir charakteristische Weichheit zu erhalten, muss das Kleidungsst\u00fcck ein letztes Mal gewalkt\/gewaschen<\/strong> werden. Dieser Prozess erm\u00f6glicht es, die Weichheit des Kaschmirs hervorzuheben (etwas, das nur Kaschmir bieten kann!). Sobald das Produkt getrocknet ist, wird es einer zweiten Qualit\u00e4tskontrolle unterzogen, um es auf eventuelle M\u00e4ngel zu pr\u00fcfen.\n<\/p>\n
