All of our items are subject to a very rigorous quality control procedure: after having completed its production cycle, each product is carefully examined and inspected, before being packed and sent to our logistics. However, every now and then something may go unnoticed. If you received a damaged item, please send us an email and provide us with your order details, as well as a photo of the product defect. We will be happy to help.
Alternatively, if you feel you received the wrong product, we ask that you please double-check the product codes on your order summary and on the item delivered. Should they not match, please make sure to let our customer service know. We will assist you in arranging for a return.
