If you are not happy with your order, contact our customer service within 14 days of delivery, making sure to indicate whether you prefer a size/color exchange or refund. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Your return request will be accepted only if it meets the following conditions:
- the request was made within 14 days of delivery;
- the products ordered were not customized in any way;
- the products were not worn other than to try them on for size, and must still have all original tags and labels.
