As soon as our logistics receives your parcel, an operator will proceed to check its contents. If your return passes inspection, our administrative office will credit the funds directly to the card used for payment within 5 to 7 business days.
Once your parcel arrives, an operator will check the returned items thoroughly, making sure they have not been worn and still have all their original tags.
If your return is approved, our logistics will authorise our administrative office to proceed with your refund. The sum will be credited directly to the card used to place your order. This procedure generally requires 5 to 7 business days to be completed. Depending on your bank or card processor, please allow an additional 1 to 3 business days for the funds to become available on your card.
In the event your return does not pass our inspection (for example, if an item has been worn or is missing its tags), it will not be accepted, as per our Terms & Conditions (see clause 8).
Clients who possess an account may also request that their refund be converted into MaisonCashmere points to use on a future order. Should you prefer this option, please contact our customer service before your return parcel arrives.
