KNITTING<\/h3>\n

\n The first stage in the production cycle is knitting<\/strong>, a process\n which transforms yarn into panels of fabric. Panels are made for each part of\n the garment: in the case of a sweater, this includes the front, back, and sleeves.\n Following this step, each panel is inspected against a light table. If any errors\n or anomalies are found, they are promptly corrected before moving on to the next\n phase of production.\n<\/p>\n

LINKING<\/h3>\n

\n During this stage, the panels of fabric previously created are\n linked<\/strong> together to create the finished garment. This is a is\n a manual process which requires great experience and skill.\n<\/p>\n

FULLING<\/h3>\n

\n After having been assembled, the garment is then\n fulled\/washed<\/strong>, a process during which it is possible to\n bring out the cashmere’s softness(something only cashmere can offer!). Once the\n product has dried, it undergoes a second quality control procedure to check for\n any defects.\n<\/p>\n

FINISHING & IRONING<\/h3>\n

\n If the garment passes its inspection, it moves to the final stage of production:\n finishing and ironing<\/strong>. During this phase, the product is completed\n (with its labels and tags, buttons and zippers if applicable, etc.), then pressed\n and steamed.
