If your return passes inspection, our administration\n    office will credit the funds directly to the card used for payment within\n    5 to 7 business days.\n  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Learn more&#8230;<\/h2>\n<p>\n  Once your parcel arrives, an operator will check the returned items thoroughly,\n  making sure they have not been worn and still have all their original tags.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  If your return is approved, our logistics will authorise our administration office\n  to proceed with your refund. The sum will be credited directly to the card used\n  to place your order. This procedure generally requires 5 to 7 business days to\n  be completed. Depending on your bank or card processor, please allow an additional\n  1 to 3 business days for the funds to become available on your card.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  In the event your return does not pass our inspection (for example, if an item\n  has been worn or is missing its tags), it will not be accepted, as per our\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/maisoncashmere.co.uk\/terms-and-conditions\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Terms &amp; Conditions<\/a>\n  (see clause 8).\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Clients who possess an account may also request that their refund be converted\n  into MaisonCashmere points to use on a future order.
