Expedited delivery is a service we cannot guarantee; however we will evaluate each request individually. Postponed delivery is a free service we are happy to offer, as long as the request is made before your order has left our logistics.
As a made-to-order service, each of our items is subject to a production cycle. For this reason, we cannot guarantee expedited delivery. However, in certain cases it is possible to speed up production.
Should you require delivery within a specific date, please let us know in the “Order Notes” section of the checkout process. We will submit your request to our production department to check whether it is possible and get back to you. Please consider that our customer service will read your note when your order starts its production cycle; we suggest taking note of the next batch start date indicated in the “Production Info” tab on each product page.
If you require delivery after a specific date, please let us know in the “Order Notes” section of checkout. Or, should you need to postpone delivery but have already placed an order, simply contact our customer service. We will inform our logistics to hold off shipping your parcel until the requested date.
Please note that it is possible to postpone the delivery of an order only if it has not yet been shipped. If your parcel has already left our logistics, we suggest contacting the courier directly to rearrange for delivery at another time.
