If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange using this form. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Your return request will be accepted only if it meets the following conditions:
- the request was made within 14 days of delivery (extended to 60 for orders placed through account);
- the products ordered were not customized in any way;
- the products were not worn other than to try them on for size, and must still have all original tags and labels.
In case of damage due to wear and tear over time, we also offer a repair service. To learn more, please contact our customer service. Make sure to provide a photo of the damaged area, so that our production team may evaluate how to proceed.
