Once you have sent us your cancellation request, no further action will be necessary on your part. Our administration office will take care of refunding you within the following 48 business hours, crediting the amount to the card used for payment.
We remind you that it is not possible to cancel an order after it has been shipped. In this case, it will be necessary to make a return request. Once your return parcel has been received and inspected, we will proceed to refund your card.
