Purchasing on MaisonCashmere is simple: you can place an order directly online, or, if you prefer, you can count on our customer service team to assist you by phone, live chat, or email.
1 – Find the product you wish to purchase, select the Color and Size and click on the “Add to Shopping Bag” button.
2 – A pop-up window will confirm that you have successfully added the product to your bag. At this point, you may either click on “Return to Product” if you wish to keep shopping or “Checkout Now” to proceed to payment.
3 – Choose whether you prefer to proceed as a guest or log into your account.
4 – Our system will request your address details; make sure to fill out all required fields.
5 – Then, in the “Additional Options” page, you will find shipping details, as well as the possibility to add Gift Boxes or an Order Note.
6 – The last step is payment: our system will request your card details (long number, expiration date, and CVV). Check to make sure the data you entered is correct, then click on “Place Order” to complete your purchase. You will receive an automatic confirmation email within 15 minutes of payment.
