Missing information will be indicated with a red error message; once you have entered your information in the empty fields, the red messages will disappear and it will be possible to continue to the next step.
If your country is not listed in the order address section, it means that no shipping methods are available for your destination at present. Feel free to contact our customer service for further information.
Should a red error message appear on the page while making your payment, it is generally due to a transaction error. A transaction may be declined for several reasons, such as invalid card number and/or CVV, unsupported card type, insufficient funds, or disabled online payment option.
